Description
If you’re a beginner, jumping into a complex project, could be more than what you excepted. You’ll experience confusion, frustration, and second guessing self. That’s because, most Blender tutorials and courses don’t break content up enough, for you to get the fundamentals.
The course’s compartmented method is the most logical approach to learn any software that has the reputation of having a hard learning curve.
In case you need to refer back to a topic, the sections and chapters are named so you can focus on the area of interest. Reviewing content while shifting through 30-40-50, or more, minutes of video – is not cool. I try to keep the videos around ten minutes. There are exceptions…for example when I get into – the zone.
This course primarily pertains to showing beginners the areas of Blender that receive the most attention, even from long time users and 3d artist. Those sections include: Object and Edit mode, Sculpting, Texture painting, Addons and Rendering.
You’re about to enter the world of a seemingly vast, software. Covering it all, may take hours…even the basics can get technical.
No worries. This is not that kind of course.
I can’t tell the future, but I think Blender’s UI, is going to be around for a long time. No matter what the current version of Blender is, you should be able to interpret the basics. I’ll do my best, to keep the course updated.
We’re not making any specific project…like a landscape.
Reason being, I didn’t want to overwhelm new users with the main areas of Blender and trying to explain it while making an “official” project.
The main purpose of this course is for Blender beginners to get familiar, rather than jumping right in, without a basic level of training.
The object you’ll create, will assist you in navigating Blender’s environment. ( . . . object is subject to change to fit your liking).
With that, we’ll continue browsing through the areas of Blender that receive the most attention. (Blender’s UI, Workspaces, Preferences, default addons, external addons, Edit Mode, Object mode, Sculpting, UV unwrapping and basic rendering).
The course is built on a checklist, a system, a plan and the order I’ve established to unlock your creativity… without being overwhelming.
Due to the “kid in a candy store “syndrome” “, there are areas in the course… I had to cut short.
Let me say, I am a former stroke victim, in spite of my compromised speech, most of the course’s content is…recorded – as is. But, rest assured, and I guarantee… you’ll have complete comprehension. (previews).
I did experience screen-recorder difficulties, no worries, I was able to adjust them. (same guarantee).
One more thing, I hope this course serves you well and ignites for your new hobby or career.
Blender Way of Life’s principles:
CORRECTIONS: (as needed)
During Camera Clipping section, I mentioned something about an exercise…scratch that. It would have taken up your precious Blending time.
Empties: should’ve – parented – primitive to empty.
It’s not that no one can teach you how to sculpt, but in this course, you get a “feel” for it.
. . .think I said, “layperson”, somewhere…? I meant, like newbie, rookie, greenhorn, pure beginner…etc.
Retopology: change Viewport Display plane color the way I do the first time…then go to matcap section and change to – object.
Who is the target audience?
Blender beginners looking to learn this incredible 3d software from a casual, non-technical approach, without hours of complexity.

Learn How To Create Stop Motion Character in Blender
Please browse to the page to see this content.About This Class
Hello guys, Zerina here, and welcome to another blender course. In this course, I will show you how to create one of the most famous characters in the stop motion world Shaun The Sheep.
I will start modeling by importing the REFERENCES that you can get for free from : HERE
Then part by part, we will model the head, face, and later the limbs. After we finish modeling, we will focus on the skin of our character. The skin of the stop motion characters looks like clay, so combining the image texture and a couple of nodes, we will create the clay-like skin texture.
![[FXGEAR] Learn How To Create Stop Motion Character in Blender 1 [FXGEAR] Learn How To Create Stop Motion Character in Blender](https://i0.wp.com/fxgear.shop/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/FXGEAR-Learn-How-To-Create-Stop-Motion-Character-in-Blender.jpg?resize=468%2C258&ssl=1)
Then when we finish the material for the skin, we will focus on creating the fur of our character. Shain is the Sheep. Using a hair particle system, we will be able to make wool-like fur that will be his body, hair, and tail. I will show you a proper way to work with the hair particle system and the nodes for creating its skin.
The model will be easy to model because we will use basic principles of modeling and basic modifiers; like that, it will be well suitable for beginners.
So what are we waiting for? Lean back, have fun and enjoy creating Shaun The Sheep.

Description
In this course we’ll create a game character using Blender 2.8, and we’ll export it to Unity and configure it so we can control it in the game engine.
Throughout the course, you will learn:
3D Modeling in Blender 2.8
UV Mapping
Texturing and Sculpting
Baking a Normal Map
Rigging a Character in Blender 2.8
Animating a 2D Face with Grease Pencil
Creating Animation Cycles for a Video Game
Exporting a Character and Animations from Blender 2.8 to Unity
Creating a C# Script in Unity to Control a Game Character
Beginning with the modeling, we’ll use Blender 2.8 to build all the individual pieces of a Lego character. And then you’ll learn how to UV map each of the parts, and then create an efficient, unified UV map of the entire character. We will use Blender’s texture painting tools to create the clothes of the character, and we’ll use the sculpt tools to create the high res details of the hair. You’ll then learn how to bake a normal map in Blender and apply the textures to the character model.
Next, we’ll work on rigging the character. We will begin with a single bone, and create the rig manually, so you can see how a character rig is built from the ground up. You’ll learn how to create a Foot Roll Rig and how to use Blender 2.8’s new process for creating Custom Shapes to control the character.
Once the rig is done, I’ll show you a cool technique, using Blender 2.8’s new Grease Pencil tools, to animate both a 2D drawn face and a 3D body at the same time. With this technique, we will create the character’s Idle, Run, and Jump animations, ready to be used in a game engine.
You will then learn how to export the character, animations, and textures out of Blender and bring them into the Unity game engine. And here you will learn how to set-up the character in the game and even how to retarget third-party animations onto our character, using Unity’s Humanoid Rig system.
Finally, we will write a simple C# script to incorporate our 2D and 3D animations, and get the character running around the level.
If you’ve ever wanted to create a game character, and are interested in getting up to speed in Blender 2.8, then this course is for you. So join me as we create a game character in Blender 2.8.

Description
Hello everyone, I’m Marwan Hussein, I’m a 3D artist I have been in the 3D field for 10 years now.
I love to create cars I find that fun for me, and I love to share my knowledge with people that like to learn some cool stuff in Blender.
In this course I decided to create Tesla Cybertruck from start to finish, I like the idea of this truck it comes with a new idea that makes the Tesla Cybertruck stand out from the rest of the trucks around the world.
In this course we will learn how to model the truck from start to finish, the modeling section was challenging because there are too many details and I tried as much as I could to add all the details ( the exterior details ) to make the truck looks realistic.
In my nature, I like to care about details, but caring about details comes with its cost, it makes the course a little bit longer, especially the modeling section, but that’s not bad because if you do modeling a lot you will master the modeling eventually because of that modeling section take a big portion of the cake.
In the modeling section, we will learn a lot, new technics help to speed your workflow, fixing a surface problem when we get bad surface shading, learning new ways to achieve complicated geometry, learning new shortcuts new modifiers new skills, etc……
When the modeling section is finished we will rig the truck, rigging is a very fun part, I like when I create a car and have the ability to animate it as I want, because of that learning how to use armature inside Blender is something very important, anyway, we will learn how to rig the front and the back tire group, we will learn how to open and closed the back cover door of the truck.
We will learn how to give the bones specific shapes so we can understand them in case we want to animate the truck or send it to an animator.
The materials section is fun as well, in this section we will learn how to use the shader editor and how to create our materials from start to finish step by step, there is a lot of stuff there I don’t want to get into details but I’m sure you will find it useful and fun.
Rendering section, first we will use Cycles to render the truck and we will learn how to create an environment to put the truck inside it, we will create 2 environments you can see in the intro video.
After using Cycles we will use Eevee as well, and we will try to get nice beautiful realistic render results with Eevee, not just that, we will switch to the compositor to add the final touch, it is called post-processing.
I divided the course into sections, each section I give a name, for example, the Modeling section, Materials section, Rigging section, etc…
I will add a section for the project folder, before you start you should download the project folder, and I will add 2 Blueprints, you can download them both.
I will add the Blueprints that I used in the course and a Blueprints of the final result of the course, you have the choice to decide what you want to use, but as advice I advise you to use the Blueprints 2 because it will be 100% accurate as compared with the first one,
you will find all of that in the project folder section.
Who is the target audience?
This course for student want to learn how to create and rig cars
This course is for the student who wants to create 3D models and sell them and make some money.
This course is for students who want to develop their knowledge in Blender to learn something new

Description
Hello guys, and you are probably wondering who is this guy?
This is Lobo, and he is the character we will do entirely in Blender in this course!
He is also a bit crazy, so don’t think of not taking this course, coz he might get angry!
In this course you will get over 30 hours of realtime sculpting and modelling in Blender, with the purpose of having a ready model for rendering or 3D printing.
Now again probably you are wondering who is your instructor?
His name is Niko, and he is a 3D character artist and educator with over 15 years in the game industry. He has over 20 000 students in his online courses of 3D character creation and human anatomy.
And also a youtube channel with over 50 000 subscribers.
The amazing concept for this character is done by the incredible artist Dario Jelušić
In the course we will start a bit differently with gathering our references, needed for the character creation, and analyzing our concept. We will then start modelling the head, the teeth and tongue. Then we will model the body, arms and legs, where i will speak about the anatomy and shapes of those body parts. After, we will make the basic shape of the dog and continue with the clothes. We will do Lobo’s belt, jacket, potnik and pants. A hardsurface modelling will be next when we make the granade and the weapon. Then we will jump to do some knee armor, shoelases, and all kinds of elements this character has on himself, and there will be some modelling and sculpting, mark my word :).
I will then, with great pleasure, make one of the skulls on his belt and then make the batman mask, the wonderwoman tiara and a flash helmet. I just love sculpting skulls!
Then we will make some chains, which will be also an interesting part of our course. Dog chain, neck chain, and the arm chain. While making all the features of this character i will always talk and show you how to model it to be 3D printer friendly. With bigger and thicker elements and overall attention to the detail.
After we work few more hours, detailing and finishing Lobo, we will rig the arms and hands, and make the pose from the concept. Then we will do some more cleaning and adjusting untill we are ready to call it done. And for last, we will do a interesting render with the help of Photoshop and a turntable, with the help of Blender himself :).
This course is absolutely made for intermediate Blender users, and although i will talk you trough almost every step i do in it, for the beginners i would recommend taking my Absolute beginners 3D character in Blender course first, and then go back to this one :).
So if you kinda like this crazy and wild looking character, and you want to see the whole process, and even make it yourself i would say you might want to check out the course :).
Who is the target audience?
All who want to learn complex 3D character creation in Blender

Description
Have you wanted to learn Blender and not know where to start?
Then I welcome you to Nexttut’s Blender 3.0 Modelling Course for Beginners.
WHY SHOULD YOU LEARN FROM ME:
My name is Alejandro Aguilar, and I have been working in 3D art for about 7 years. I have worked on numerous projects, from mobile games to video production. My area of work focuses on understanding 3D at a technical level, so that I can then teach you in an easy-to-understand way.
BENEFITS:
By the end of this course you will be able to model hard surface robot type characters in Blender.
WHAT WILL I LEARN:
COURSE PROJECTS:
In this course we will be making a robotic character. We will start by opening Blender and discussing what we will be working on for the course. Next we will block out the shapes that we need in order to create our character and go over the tools and model out each piece in detail. Then, we will finalise the modelling, fixing anything that needs a second pass, and prepare to unwrap our prop. We’ll begin going over how to unwrap our model and discuss the importance of unwrapping. After this we will go over how to create textures and apply materials to our robot. Afterwards, we will use modifiers to push our character to a more high poly finish in a non-destructive manner. By the end of the course, we will have our robot fully modelled, textured, and rendered within Blender. We’ll make a render of the character and finish the course.
IS THIS COURSE RIGHT FOR ME:
This course is for you if you are a blender beginner and want to learn Blender modelling to model simple hard surface robotic kind of characters rather than complex organic characters.
WHO IS NOT THE IDEAL STUDENT:
This course is not for advanced blender users, or who want to learn organic modelling.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW OR HAVE FOR THE COURSE:
● A basic understanding of computers and know how to open a 3D Program.
● You should have Blender 3.0 installed on your computer.
